When the body is struggling at a cellular level: Understanding oxidative stress - and taking action
Dear colleagues and staff members, dear customers, partners and friends of Airnergy!
Today, as every year around this time, you receive our popular AIRNERGY newsletter to celebrate the beginning of summer in the northern hemisphere on June - once again with a clear thematic focus. You may well have already noticed that in each issue we are focusing on a specific area in which many of our users have experienced extraordinary improvements in their everyday lives, in their quality of life and in their well-being.
If you also have a topic that interests you - or a personal experience that could be a special source of encouragement, reassurance and inspiration for our users and customers, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Oxidative stress is one of the invisible but profound factors that are affecting our bodies from the inside - often long before the first symptoms become noticeable. Oxidative stress occurs when the biological balance between free radicals and the body's own antioxidant capacity, i.e. the body's own defence functions, is disturbed. How do people feel this? Oxidative stress manifests itself through persistent fatigue, reduced performance (" brain fog") and / or increased susceptibility to inflammation and disease. But what exactly are free radicals? Free radicals (ROS) are unstable oxygen molecules that are produced with every breath and in many metabolic processes - for example by the body's immune system, during sport and in stressful situations, or due to unfavourable environmental conditions. In small quantities, they are even vital: in the right balance, they help to fight pathogens and improve cell processes. Read more about this topic in the article " To set the record straight: free radicals are essential for life". These correlations and interactions - as well as the central role of cellular respiration and energy transfer - have been impressively explained in Dr Jibin Chi's scientific publications, among others. His scientific work also provides both well-founded and new insights into the importance of free radicals for our metabolism - and shows why it is not a question of suppressing them completely, but rather of bringing them into balance in a purposeful and targeted manner. However, if too many free radicals are produced, e.g. by:
- Permanent stress
- Environmental toxins and air pollution
- Unbalanced diet
- Lack of sleep
- Chronic inflammation and infections
- UV radiation and electromagnetic pollution
– the body goes into a state of alert.
Our antioxidant capacity can no longer keep up - and the free radicals begin to attack healthy cell structures. This is known as oxidative stress: a condition in which the body is in a state of emergency at the cellular level.
The consequences? 🔻 Cell damage 🔻 Chronic inflammatory processes 🔻 Impaired energy metabolism 🔻 Accelerated ageing processes 🔻 and a growing risk factor for diseases such as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), burnout, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

Re-thinking energy - instead of fighting free radicals
The body doesn't need "fewer free radicals" - but rather a healthy way to deal with them. Many people try antioxidants, for example through dietary supplements, but studies show that the desired effect often fails to materialise: This is because antioxidants in particular need to work in the right place, at the right time and in the right dose - otherwise they can also become a problem themselves (see article "Invest in your own health with Airnergy").
💡 A more sustainable approach: Relieve and stabilise the body's energy metabolism.
This is exactly where Airnergy comes in - with an approach that is based on nature and physics: Spirovitalisation converts conventional breathing air into energised breathing energy that is available at the cellular level. This spirovitalisation process does not involve ionisation or increasing the proportion of oxygen, nor adding ozone or any other foreign substances - but it does have a noticeable effect: on the cells, on the metabolism and on overall well-being.
The aim is not to suppress free radicals, but to prevent their excessive formation and to restore a healthy balance of the body's own systems.
💚 An investment in genuine cellular health
The article "Investing in your health with Airnergy", clearly highlights one idea in particular: Health is not an absence of illness, but a state of living adaptation - a balance of energy, regeneration and inner stability.
"The body is the best pharmaceutical company in the world with an often underestimated healing potential. But it needs the right operating conditions" - says Dr Jibin Chi, scientific advisor to Airnergy and author of the above-mentioned article.
Airnergy does not artificially stimulate the body, but gives it the necessary stimulus to resume its self-regulation. Airnergy provides one of the most important prerequisites for sustainable health: pure biologically utilisable energy - directly to the cells via breathing.

🎧 More popular than ever: Airnergy breathing headset with diffuser
Even though spirovitalisation via nasal cannulas is still considered the most effective and preferred form of Airnergy breathing, not everyone can or wants to use them - whether out of habit, vanity, hypersensitivity or other reasons.
Good news for all these users: An excellent alternative has been available for years, but is still far too little known: Our Airnergy breathing headset with diffuser.
The diffuser enables a pleasant, almost contact-free application - and is particularly appreciated and used by people with contact sensitivities or in the wellness area.

💨 Discover now: Airnergy Stream HS prepared for spirovitalisation diffuser
The Airnergy Stream HS dermovitaliser, which is popular with customers for relaxation, disposes of an additional application option to which we would like to draw your attention:
The above mentioned principle has also been integrated into our Stream HS model.
It is the white ball adapter on the opposite side of the power supply connection that makes the Stream HS compatible with our Airnergy diffuser - thus making it easy to add the spirovitalisation option to the Stream.
This adapter allows you to inhale the activated breathing air at the same time as using the Airnergy Stream HS - provided that a spirovitalisation device is connected to the Stream HS with diffuser. This allows for the energies from outside and from inside to work simultaneously.

♻️ Tested & used: Factory reconditioned vitalisers
Many of you, as we learnt during our "New for old" campaign, have been using their Airnergy device for up to 25 years - which is something that we're both surprised and delighted about.
Among them is Gabriele Kribus - state-certified optician from Bergisch Gladbach and wife of ophthalmologist Dr Detlef Kribus. We would like to take this opportunity to thank not only the Kribus family for their many years of loyalty, but also all those users who have done the same.
Our factory-refurbished Airnergy vitalisers, most of which were manufactured between 2001 and 2015, are very popular - especially as a solid entry-level product for private (non-commercial or therapeutic) use.
We are aware that many times - what may stand in the way of a new purchase - is not a lack of knowledge or understanding of the vital topic of breathing air, but rather a person's wallet. If so, and if you are still interested in owing your own Airnergy device, please let us know and tell us your maximum available budget - we at Airnergy will endeavour to help and, together with you, we'll see what we can make possible. Simply contact us. Discretion and fairness are a matter of course for us.
👉 Would you like to find out more? We are looking forward to your call and will be happy to advise you. Simply call us on +49 (0)2242 - 93 30-0. Or even better: arrange a telephone consultation via our calendar or call-back service (YouCanBookMe) - fast, free and personalised.

📣 Personnel news: Daniel Müller back in the media world
We at Airnergy say goodbye to Daniel Müller with a heart-felt thank you for his commitment to our company and far beyond. We got to know him many years ago through his health magazine "Gesundheitsboten" ("health messengers") - a dedicated, passionate health project that unfortunately did not make it through the Corona period, but created a very valuable relationship between us.
Daniel Müller has seized his opportunity to return to his original passion and a responsible position in the field of local print and media communication. He is now active again at the media start-up "Lokale Stadthelden" ("local city heroes") - a medium that makes regional companies, initiatives and people visible and connects them.
We would like to thank him for his loyal and committed co-operation - and wish him continued success and pleasure in his new position!
